Title: Viral Justice

Genre: Romantic Suspense
Format: Ecopy

As a general's daughter, Alicia Stone has fought twice as hard for everything she's earned in the military. A Special Forces consultant with black belts in three martial arts, she's as strong as her surname implies. No one dares call her Alicia—no one but Colonel Robert Maxmillian, head of the Biological Response Team.

With Alicia at his side, Max must lead the team into northern Iraq to investigate a virus—or is it a weapon—killing the area's population. Charged with guarding his body, she can't help wanting his hands on her body. Max would be the perfect fling. But he demands more.

The heat builds between them, but danger quickly follows. As the two get closer to the source of the virus, they'll have to risk their future to outsmart a scientist with nothing to lose.

I really enjoyed reading Viral Justice. I liked the characters. I liked the story, I liked the connection between Robert and Alicia. I read it in no time. I am a big disaster movie fan and I do like it when books fall into that genre and in my book viruses and biological weapons fall in this category not just bad weather.

The story is action packed and I really enjoyed the story line, a colonel in the army who cowers from a fight (ok in all fairness he is a doctor) and a girl teaching him to overcome this and like I said the connection between the two is great. Eventhough they do not agree with each other at (most) times it does not get dull. the interaction is justreally nice.

I read the book in no time in the subway on  my way to work, during my lunchbreak and in bed. I finished it in a day and enjoyed it a lot. And I am looking forward to reading the other installments in this series. This is book 3 in the series but that was not a problem at all, Viral Justice can be read as a stand alone.

My rating: 4/5
